The upcoming Seafood Science and Technology Society of the Americas (SST) has posted its updated agenda and registration information at: http://sst.ifas.ufl.edu/current.shtml .  The meeting takes place October 26-28, 2009 at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, Louisiana  USA.

This year’s SST meeting provides a current overview of the nation’s wild domestic fisheries and related seafood industries from production through processing and retail services.  Session topics will include:
