Does anybody know of any goverment loans out there for commercial fishermen?

There are grants you can get,but depends on what you are looking for and the use of the grant. Qualifying for the grants will depend on your business stats. For info contact me via  em   trvl66@yahoo.com        good luck .. Nick

I am unsure of any government start up loans available but highly unlikely since its the government who are trying to put us out of business with there regulations. There may be some small biz administration $ available. Most of the time an agricultural bank will be more open to lening for a fishing business so I would check in your geographic area.
