Seeking Site In Massachusetts

My name is Ira. I'm 27 years old and I live 30 minutes from Gloucester and about 45 minutes from New Bedford. I've been working in the construction field for the past year and I absolutely can not wait to get back on the water. I have about three years experience working on dragger and gillnet boats. I also put a tuna season in last year. My last fishing job was first mate on a gillnet boat for about a year. Also, I'm open to working on any type of fishing vessel.  I'm healthy and have no physical disabilities. I've been traveling to Gloucester for several months now and have yet to find a site. I was curious if you found a site yet & or are still looking. What boats have you worked on? Do you have a license & or car if you are going day fishing on gillnetters.
