I am an experienced fisherman who had his own inshore dragger and lobster boat with a few off shore trips. Also experienced with all types of welding, cutting and mechanical work/repair. I am in Connecticut but willing to travel or relocate.

Thanks for visiting the site Ray. Hopefully you will find a spot on a boat soon.

Welcome aboard the site. I noticed the nh # are you familiar with the docks in stonington ct.? There are 2 nice scallopers there but thought the owner was a jerk & maybe a kind of religious freak. It may be worth a shot to talk to him or others at that dock. I will pass on anything I hear Kevin

Yes, I am familiar with Stonnington CT. I fished out of there in the late 1970s. Not many of the boats or skippers I knew back then left.

good luck finding a scallop job anymore this year.i know of a handful of boats down here in va. that have only 1 closed area trip left but they all have full crews.i've been looking for a spot myself.i know a few boats here are rigging up for flounder fishing but some think its not even gonna be worth doing this year.
