We have added a new section that showcases selected books about commercial fishing.

If you have a favorite book or want to promote one, please advise us so we can get it listed.

The page is here: http://www.commercial-fishing.org/commercial-fishing-books

I seem to find time to read a book just for fun about 1 or 2 times a decade. My last ones were Beautiful Swimmers, The Perfect Storm and for a period I read a bunch of regional shipwreck books which provided a lot of information about history, shipping, commercial fishing and boat building.

I haven't read Beautiful Swimmers yet, but my son has. Wetland Riders is a must read! Wink
