The Canadian General Standards Board is currently undergoing a final public comment period for Draft 2 of the new Canadian Organic Aquaculture Standard.
The proposed organic standards for farmed fish will allow the use of synthetic parasiticides, up to 100% non-organic wild fish feed and net-cages.
